If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Website.

Changes to the Terms of Use

We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. However, any changes to the dispute resolution provisions set out in Governing Law and Jurisdiction will not apply to any disputes for which the parties have actual notice before the date the change is posted on the Website.

Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

Accessing the Website and Account Security

We reserve the right to remove or change this Website, and any service or material we provide on the Website, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Ensuring that all persons who access the Website through your internet connection are aware of these Terms of Use and comply with them.

To access the Website or some of the resources it offers, you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. It is a condition of your use of the Website that all the information you provide on the Website is correct, current, and complete. Anytime there is a change in the information you have provided on the Website, you agree to update us on such change. You agree that all information you provide to register with this Website or otherwise, including, but not limited to, through the use of any interactive features on the Website, is governed by our Privacy Policy (https://domora.ai/privacy-policy), and you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information consistent with our Privacy Policy.

If you choose, or are provided with, a username, password, or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any other person or entity. You also acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to this Website or portions of it using your username, password, or other security information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your username or password or any other breach of security. You also agree to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. You should use particular caution when accessing your account from a public or shared computer so that others are not able to view or record your password or other personal information.

We have the right to disable any username, password, or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time in our sole discretion for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms of Use.

User Content

DomoraAI allows you to provide input (“Input”) and receive output based on the input (“Output”). As between you and the Company, and to the extent permitted by law, you retain all ownership rights in the Input and own all of the Output. The Company hereby assigns to you all its right, title, and interest (if any) in and to the Output. Output may not be unique and other users may receive similar content from DomoraAI. Responses that are requested by and generated for other users are not your Output and the Company’s assignment of Output above does not include other users’ output.

We will only use your Input and Output as necessary to provide the Website to you, comply with applicable laws, and to enforce our rights under these Terms of Use. We will not use your Input and Output to develop or improve any AI models.

Input Standards

All Inputs you provide must comply with the Input Standards set out in these terms of use. By providing any Input on the Website, you grant us and our affiliates and service providers, and each of their and our respective licensees, successors, and assigns the right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material to provide you the services on the Website.

The following input standards apply to any and all Inputs you provide and your use of DomoraAI. Without limiting the foregoing, Inputs must not (collectively the “Input Standards”):

Contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Violate any applicable law concerning child pornography, or otherwise intended to protect the health or well-being of minors.
Include any offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or disability.
Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or other rights of any other person.
Violate the legal rights (including the rights of publicity and privacy) of others or contain any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws or regulations or that otherwise may be in conflict with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
Promote any illegal activity, or advocate, promote, or assist any unlawful act.

Output Disclaimers

While we have designed DomoraAI to be as accurate as possible, no AI large language model is accurate all the time. DomoraAI may produce Outputs that do not accurately reflect real properties or facts and Outputs may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, incorrect statements, and outdated information. The Company makes no warranties that the Outputs will comply with laws and regulations or be reliable, accurate, or appropriate for your use. The Outputs do not represent the opinions of the Company. You must use human review to identify and correct any errors in the Output before using the Output for any purpose.

The Company does not warrant that your use of any Outputs will not infringe the intellectual property of a third party, and it is your responsibility to do the due diligence to make such determination.

DomoraAI may offer assistance in drafting certain documents, including lease agreements. This feature is intended for informational purposes only and should not be construed as legal advice. The Company is not a law firm, does not provide legal services, and cannot perform tasks typically carried out by an attorney. Use of forms, documents, or agreements generated by our platform is not a substitute for professional legal advice or services.

Our drafting feature does not establish an attorney-client relationship. DomoraAI cannot provide advice, explanations, opinions, or recommendations regarding the enforceability of lease agreements or other legal documents, whether a lease agreement or other legal document is appropriate for your specific needs, or your legal rights, remedies, defenses, options, or strategies in connection with any lease agreement or other legal document.

We strongly recommend consulting a qualified attorney to address your specific legal questions or concerns.

Enforcement

We have the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation, referral to law enforcement, for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Website. We also may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Website for any or no reason, including without limitation, any violation of these Terms of Use.

Without limiting the foregoing, we have the right to cooperate fully with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or other information of anyone providing Inputs on or through the Website. You waive and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, licensees, and service providers from any claims resulting from any action taken by any of the foregoing parties during, or taken as a consequence of, investigations by either such parties or law enforcement authorities.

Reliance on Information

The information presented on or through the Website, including any Outputs you receive, is made available solely for general information purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. We disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by you or any other visitor to the Website, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.

This Website may include content provided by third parties, including materials provided by third-party licensors, syndicators, aggregators, and/or reporting services. We are not responsible, or liable to you or any third party, for the content or accuracy of any materials provided by any third parties.

Not a Consumer Report

Some information on the Website is drawn from government property records, including recorded tax-delinquency amounts and recorded liens. This information describes a parcel of real property, not a person.

The Company is not a consumer reporting agency, and nothing furnished through the Website is a consumer report or a consumer credit report as those terms are defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681a, or under any comparable state law. You must not use the Website, any Output, or any information obtained through the Website, in whole or in part, as a factor in establishing any person’s eligibility for credit or insurance, for employment purposes, for tenant screening or any other housing decision about a person, or for any other purpose enumerated in 15 U.S.C. § 1681b. You are solely responsible for your compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and with all other federal, state, and local laws governing the use of information about persons, including the Fair Housing Act and any applicable state or local fair-housing law.

No Affiliation With Listing Websites

The Website accepts a listing address that you paste from a third-party real-estate listing website and shows you our own analysis of the property at that address. Where that happens, the web address you pasted may remain visible in your browser’s address bar while the page you are reading is served by us.

The Company is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting for any third-party listing website, multiple-listing service, brokerage, or real-estate portal, and no such party is responsible for, or has any involvement in, the content of the Website. Any third-party name, mark, or web address that appears is the property of its owner and is used only to identify the source of an address you provided. The analysis, scores, and commentary on the Website are ours alone.

Changes to the Website

We may update the content on this Website from time to time, but its content is not necessarily complete or up-to-date. Any of the material on the Website may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

The foregoing does not affect any warranties that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Limitation on Liability

To the fullest extent provided by law, in no event will the Company, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Website, any websites linked to it, Outputs provided by the Website, any content on the Website or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, and loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

The foregoing does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use, your Inputs, or your use of any information obtained from the Website, including, but not limited to, your use of Outputs. We reserve the right to control the defense of any claim by a third-party for which we are entitled to indemnification, and you agree to provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the Website and these Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Maryland without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Maryland or any other jurisdiction).

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.
